How To Book Your Event!

Once you choose your package from our colorful packages or pastel packages, Add Ons, and Lux Bouncers, please go to the "Book Today" section below and fill out the form.  

Then press "Book My Event"  

We will receive your order form and we will get back to you within 24 hours. 

In order to book your event, we require a deposit of $100 and a full payment the day of your event in cash.  

Once we receive the deposit you will receive an email confirmation booking your event.

 NOTE:  The deposit is necessary to reserve your event and without it the booking will not be secured.

IMPORTANT

•  Contract/waiver will be emailed to the client.  
•  All rentals include 5 hours of fun - Additional time available at $50/hour! 
• Delivery Charge May Apply
• Delivery Time:  We always try to be at the event 2 hours before it starts but it may vary, and sometimes we will need to set up the day before or hours ahead.  
• 7 P.M. is the latest time to pick up all rentals.  $50/hour after 7 p.m.
• If renting bouncers to be set up at a park or there is no electrical outlet nearby, we do not provide generators.  You can rent a generator from us for $100.  Please request the generator under "Add Ons" section below.   

NOTE:  

We are constantly innovating  and upgrading our packages, and even though we try to provide the items shown in the pictures, some soft play items may be substituted with a different item. 

A clean flat, level surface required such as concrete, short grass, or indoor No dirt, gravel, mulch or uneven grounds, the quality of the set up would not be the same.   If we discover, at the time of set up, that the surface where we are setting up is dirt, we will NOT set up and the deposit will not be returned.   No animal droppings (please pick up and clean before we arrive) No set up if water activities, bubbles or stain prone activities (❌ NO FACE PAINT, SLIME, CAKE FROSTING, GLITTER, etcetera)
