Our equipment is cleaned and sanitized before set up, at set up, and after your event. We use non-toxic disinfectants to clean our equipment.
We recommend flat concrete surface for a better experience, however we can set up on grass, tile, wood floors, artificial turf, and any other flat surface, except for dirt, we will not set up on dirt. If we discover, at the time of set up, that the surface is dirt, we will NOT set up and the deposit will not be returned.
Once you have chosen your package and add ons, go to the home tab and scroll down to the section called "Book Today", fill out the form, and press "Book my event".
Your deposit is refundable If the equipment has been picked up without damages. But, the deposit of $100 will be non refundable if the equipment has been damaged, and the damages are over $100. Additional charges for damaged equipment are due within 5 days of your event.
Deposit will be accepted via Venmo, Zelle or Cash App. Balance must be paid in CASH only. We will no longer accept app payments for any balances due at time of event.
Your deposit is nonrefundable – we can postpone your event for a period of 1 year from booking date if you wish to cancel (No exceptions).
· In the event of last-minute bookings cancellation: Deposit will not be returned.
· Due to COVID – Deposit will not be returned - we can postpone your event for a period of 1 year from booking date if you wish to cancel (No exceptions).
· Due to Rain: In case of rain the day of your event, we will hold your deposit if you wish to postpone (We will not set up unless you are able to accommodate set-up indoors).
· Due to high winds: Please have an indoor option available. Unfortunately, our soft play equipment is very light and can be damaged by high winds.
The deposit is necessary to reserve your event and without it the booking will not be made.
All of our packages consists of 5 Hours of fun!
Additional time available upon request at $50.00/Hr.
Note: The time of set up and pick up is not part of the 5 hours of fun.
Delivery fee may apply, and will be quoted at time of booking (as long as the address has been provided).
7:00 PM . Picking up later than 7 p.m. will make it hard for us to inspect the equipment. We want to be able to refund deposits as soon as possible. Making sure all equipment is in good condition is the best way to get your deposit back.
It is the renter's responsibility to ensure all the rules mentioned above are followed, and provide a safe environment to avoid injuries or damage to the equipment provided by Kids Soft Play Party Rentals.

Kids Soft Play Party Rentals and the owners cannot accept responsibility for any injury caused to anyone using this equipment. It is important that the renter reads our Rental Agreement and fully understand and accept the conditions within. Please understand that while our equipment is in your care, you are fully responsible for the equipment. If the equipment is returned in an unacceptable condition such as damaged or dirty condition, stains, holes, rips, etc.) you will be charged for the repair or replacement of the damaged equipment.
